2) Name - Fill in your first and last name inside the text boxes.

4) Email - Fill in your email address in the assigned text box. Fill it in one more time to confirm you entered it correct the first time.

6) Member Name - Fill in inside the text box the member name you want to go by.

7) Password - Type in your password and confirm password inside the appropriate text box.

8) Secret Question and Answer - Select a question incase you forget your member name or password. Once you select your question type in your secret answer inside the text box.

9) Heard About Us - Select how you found out about us on the drop down menu.

10) Age - Click box to agree to terms of use, privacy policy and you are over the age of 18.

11) QFID - For Are you in? use only.

12) Continue - When complete click continue to go to Step 2.
