  Q:    How do I login to get to my account 
  A: Visit our "Home Page", inside Members Login box, put in your member name and password. Click link             "My Account" page, to go to login page.
   
  Q:    I forgot my member name and password 
  A: Click "Forgot Member ID or Password" link, located below member login box on homepage or login page. If you need more assistance, please contact us.
   
  Q:    How do I change my member name or password 
  A: Visit "Account Preferences" page, and click link to submit for new member name, or change your password.
 
  Q:    How do I update my member information 
  A: Visit "Account Preferences" page, located within your my account page. You can update your password, personal name, e-mail, mailing address, photos and Paypal.
   
  Q:    Do you have auto sign in to save me time logging in 
  A: We do not offer auto sign in but Microsoft will prompted you to save your login information so you can save time logging in.
   
  Q:    I haven't logged in for a while, will I lose my information 
  A:   Absolutely not! Once you register your information says active until you deactivate it.
