Ethan Eyre
the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, founded
"AREYOUIN?®" as a sole proprietorship in February 2000 and upon
its Incorporation date became its founding shareholder in March 2002. Prior to founding
"AREYOUIN?", from 1994 to present, Eyre has served the United States Air Force and worked for the FAA as both a Weather Observer and a Station Manager. |

Jeter Binondo
Director of Technology, joined “AREYOUIN?” in
September 2005 and is responsible for all
technology matters for the Company. From 1998 to
2005 Mr. Binondo has worked as Software Developer
for various companies, including Dekker LTD,
X-Dimensional Technologies, WMC Mortgage Corp.,
SEI Information Technology, Merrill Lynch, Tricon. Recently, he
was part of a team of subcontrators for Batelle engaging in projects
for the U.S. Marine Corps.
Mr. Binondo is a
Microsoft Certified Professional and has a B.S.
in Computer Science from Southwestern University in the Philippines. |

Farhan Khalaf
Research & Development Manager, joined “AREYOUIN?”
in December 2007, and is currently enrolled at
College of the Desert with a major in business
(focus on entrepreneurial studies). Mr.Khalaf
has worked in a clothing start-up for Abandoned
Clothing, Sales for Vyotech nutritionals, Intern
at Clearstone Venture Partners, and project
management for MWH Global. Farhan is responsible
for product development and innovation. |

Mark Nuaimi
joined the Company’s Advisory Board in May 2004.
Mr. Nuaimi is currently a Senior Program Manager
in the field of Intelligent Transportation
Systems, specializing in development of
personalized service delivery to area commuters.
He has over 18 years of Product Development /
Project Management experience in evolving
technologies for both defense and transportation
applications. Mr. Nuaimi is also currently the
Mayor of the city of Fontana and has been a
local elected official for the past eight years.
He is well versed in economic development
practices and growth projections for the Inland
Empire. As Mayor, he has helped Fontana become
the 5th fastest growing city in the state of
California. Mr. Nuaimi holds a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering from California State
Polytechnic University, Pomona and an M.B.A.
degree from the University of La Verne. |

Robert M. Keller
joined the Company’s Advisory Board in May 2004.
From 1991 to present, Professor Keller has been
the Csilla and Walt Foley Professor of Computer
Science at Harvey Mudd College. He has also been
a Chairman of the Computer Science Department
and Director of the Computer Science Clinic at
Harvey Mudd College. Professor Keller has also
held positions as Assistant Professor, Princeton
University; Visiting Assistant Professor,
Stanford University; Associate and Full
Professor, University of Utah; Director of
Research and Vice President, Research and
Development, Quintus Corporation; Professor and
Chair, Division of Computer Science and Chair of
the Graduate Group in Computer Science,
University of California, Davis; Visiting
Scientist, Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratory; Faculty Part-Time Staff Member,
Senior Level, Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
Professor Keller's interests are in languages
and systems for parallel processing and in
declarative programming languages. Professor
Keller holds a B.S in Engineering Science, an
M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Washington
University, St. Louis and a Ph.D. from the
University of California, Berkeley. |
